Industrial Cooling Inc. and their multi owner clients prepare for a combined 8,200 plus tons of CFC RETROFIT PROJECTS to Environmentally Acceptable 134a/123 gases, representing seven large open and hermetic appliances as well as single R500 unit this shutdown season.
With recognition of the now two decade old CFC phaseout and diminishing CFC availabilities, ICACS has established for our concerned owners, AfterMarket Retrofit plans to optimize HFC and HCFC retrofits in both energy and cost effectiveness. Working closely with our engineering partners and refrigerant manufacturers we have provided strategies affording refrigerant yield credits and retrofit experience to supplement a significant return to overall cost. However and perhaps moreso, to provide lifecycle results to the chiller appliance that will afford decades of environmentally sustainable and operationally durable use.
